By sending us any Feedback, you hereby represent and warrant that (a) you have the right to disclose the Feedback, (b)the Feedback does not violate the rights of any other individual or entity, and(c) your Feedback does not contain the confidential or proprietary information of any third party. Capitalized terms that are used but not defined herein, as well as the terms “you” and “User,” shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), which incorporate the terms of this Privacy Policy by reference.
