Such material changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice is provided on ourSite or sent by email. Capitalized terms that are used but not defined herein, as well as the terms “you” and “User,” shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), which incorporate the terms of this Privacy Policy by reference.
